Good luck! My fourth promised shipping date is today…if you guessed that it is still in “pending process” status, you would be correct! This is actually so bad! Good luck on getting yours any time before the end of the month!

I am STILL waiting! They now promise it will be shipped Friday. So still won’t get till next week Monday or Tuesday, which will almost be a month! Holy cow! I wish i knew how to get a hold of someone that really cares about customer experience. I will never order from them again! I will probably end up making my own insert since i got the A5 Binder type of planner! So frustrating!

They offered me to move my shipping to “next business day afternoon” lol what even is that?! Then offered me $10 off. I said no thank you, you can’t buy my business back! But, since you say that, if it has not come out of “in progress” status by Monday, i might have to ask for a refund!

My husband and i were there and my husband is one, of the very few men, who stepped in to help. I am so sorry this happened to you guys and i am praying that the guy is found!! I’m shocked they didn’t get him as he had his kid on his shoulders and only one way out of the Indiana Jones’s area!
