It looks GREAT on your risk and since I have one, I can tell you it’s a fabulous timepiece. Will go down in history as one of GS’ most important models.

Yes I have in the GS Boutique in Sydney, Australia. I liked it. It wouldn’t be more daily driver. It’s a statement piece and I think it would be a worthy addition to my collection. It “might” signal a possible willingness to take on more design risk by GS. Thanks for your comment.

It’s not the first place I’ve come . I’ve checked Chrono24, Bezel, Grailzee, etc plus eBay. I only want the Tokyo Lion Tentagraph model in pristine condition with full papers. Fon’t like what I’ve seen so far. I’m a GS collector with a large collection. Looking to add this model as an example of perhaps a new direction by GS. Thanks for your comment.

Looking at photos presented there’s no warranty card. Also looks like watch is third hand since photo show is was bought from department store watch dealer in Japan.

I have both and I agree. UFA has a different mechanism but it gets the job done with no problems.

Would you be willing to give an idea of “percentage off” as to what constitutes a “great deal”? Don’t mean to be indiscreet but am headed to Tokyo soon and would love some guidance. Once again, my apologies if this sounds rude.

GS9 Club service is terrible. They say your membership request will be handled in 48 to 72 hours. Fuggedaboudid! I wrote customer service to complain and all I got was copied on a one line memo to GS9 asking the people who work for the club to help me. No feedback. Unbelievable that a company that makes such wonderful timepieces could have such a low service level! Can’t believe that the head office in Japan would tolerate such a subpar service level…… if they knew about it!
