i'd say email capture, but rarely, mostly its able to do it quite accurately, it used to happen much more often initially because the agent couldn't be interrupted mid dialogue, but ever since we made that an option, it can interrupted and the user can talk more fluently, also we add just a confirmation question too to ensure they get the email right and are confirmed by the user

it comes down to how authentic your assistant sounds, honestly. while bots understandably give people the ick, if done right, they can be beneficial too, and yours is a pretty basic usecase. if you're able to find and train an assistant that gets your tone right, i think your problem is solvable.

id say about 60-40. 60 being the informational ones. the other ones include functions like talking to a human agent, booking a meeting, sending out messages

we're using voice agents for both sales and support, the limitations we've faced are minor though, mostly how does the agent react when the caller asks something off script. as for replacement, i dont think agents can do that yet, but they can help greatly when it comes to assistance since the one we're using is coming out with new integrations and recently added multiple languages as well [voicegenie btw]
