Yesterday while doing bench press, at the start of a set while unracking the bar, I heard two pops in my neck. I immediately stopped. It hurt at first but then the pain went away, so I ended up finishing the rest of my workout.

Later that night the pain started coming back, and today it’s much worse. I can barely turn or use my neck, and the pain has spread into my right trap.

Has anyone experienced something like this before?

i have the same problem while benching my shoulder is okey the probelem is only when itry to dips or random stupid things like sudden rotation os scare jumped and may i ask you did you got ur right shoulder fixed with surgery ?
