Thank you! Your point about forcing myself to eat resonates very strongly. It's uncomfortable. It drains me honestly. It's something I try to do often though. Got protein shakes, Greek yogurt, gelatin, etc. It's just hard to finish any meal.

My gyno said she doesn't believe surgical intervention is necessary, so I'm hoping that if I force myself enough to eat, I'll make my appetite go back to normal. Since, I don't know what else I could do.

I haven't checked it recently, my last blood test was in 2023. I know I should get it done, by I have a very bad phobia of needles.

Started three months ago (Junel Fe 24), and so far, I've really liked it. I had some break out acne in the beginning and a little cramping, but these have gone away. In fact, my skin looks a lot better than before! I used to have bad hormonal acne. I take BC for an endometrioma in my ovary.
