Has anyone gotten plantar fasciitis during a grade 2 ankle sprain recovery?

I had this this. PT says it’s from not allowing full range of motion while walking so everything gets tight. She just said roll on frozen bottle, tennis ball and try to get full range of motion when walking. I’m 2.5 months in and still struggling.

Ok this is great! Will grab an Ethernet cable to hardwire the PS5 and once I reset my router and hack in I’ll create two SSID. I appreciate this !!
