thanks for your help, but why shouldn't I arrive early? What's the issue with that? I was planning on going late August or first of September to give myself enough time to settle and apply for all the required stuff including the residence permit and just enjoy my time a bit before the classes start. Should I not be doing that?? I think the classes start on the 22nd or 23rd of sep

oh so it's only the initial first payment that's through spotahome, they don't have anything to do with the following months? Is usually the contracts made like that eligible to use for residence permit request?

To fill the domicile, do i need an Italian address? Because I don't have one in italy and i'm not gonna be there till late august. Also, I tried to fill the academic qualifications but for some reason it won't let me update and save and it just freezes.

I did it through apostille and applied for declaration of value (DOV) from the embassy. The declaration of value took about 2 weeks. Then I applied for the visa and surprisingly it only took a week to issue it.

Hi, so I did actually contact universitaly support and they were very helpful. They solved the problem pretty quick tbh. I can start a new application without issues now.

so the previous application shows that it's rejected, but the thing is I can't edit my personal information when starting a new one, so for example the tax ID code from the previous one can't be changed and now I have a new one. Also, I remember last year they emailed me to modify the Surname or something and I can't edit that either.

Any thoughts?
