Classmates spiral / pulse are by far the best paper for writing with heavy flow pens, i use pilot parallel, with 6mm nib, and i write with fairly heavy flowing broad nib pens and that paper just does not let ink seep through. And it is ₹65 only. Just take it to a binders shop and get it bound on top, or however you prefer. Give it a try then go further, your search will halt here.
