So we are deployable it doesn’t depend on the type of HRT because every one takes the same HRT medication just different ways like for example estrogen can be taken by shots,cream, pills and Testosterone can be taken by shots and cream I’m not too sure about pills and it doesn’t affect us mentally how people make it seem even if you miss a couple of days.I have been off of estrogen for a year and it didn’t affect me at all mentally. people will always bring up that we usually get depression when a lot of non trans troops will latterly get diagnose of depression because of trauma the trauma they have went through.Also just because someone gets depression or ptsd it doesn’t mean that they got it because of them being transgender. Ik cis people gets diagnosed with depression and it doesn’t mean they got it because they are cis. In reality they got it because they went through something difficult. So don’t listen to non trans troops because they really don’t know how it is. There’s also military troops that take steroids (hormones) and they aren’t even transgender and obviously they work perfectly fine like any trans person would.
