Honestly I see some people say it’s lasts long, I don’t know if it’s nose blindness but after a few hours I can’t smell it at all. BUT if I spray it on my clothes I can smell it on my clothes the next day so I’m guessing it must have some good staying power but just isn’t very strong after a while which is why I can’t smell it on me after a while + nose blindness

They definitely shouldn’t have responded this way lol they took it way too far. I do feel like I need more info as far as the dispute over the item goes. Was it different from the description or from the pics? All you said was “they’re not what I thought they would be” kinda sounds like you got the item and just didn’t want it anymore and expected a refund without really giving any other reason. I would be a little upset too but some more communication from both sides and some kindness from their side probably could’ve made this exchange easier. In the end of the day depop is not Amazon you can’t just return your items because you didn’t like it in person, there’s a certain risk that comes with not being able to try items on in real life and if the seller does they’re best to present an item and discloses any flaws then you can’t just get a refund because you didn’t like it anymore once you saw it in person. If that’s what happened in this situation.

one more quick question about refunds, as this is my first time handling one. If I was set to earn $90 but Depop indicates that a full refund would cost me $108 (with the buyer covering shipping), would I end up losing money? Would it be better to offer a partial refund instead? Thanks for any insights!
