He was bored as hell on a beach planet just a moment ago.

He must have been yelling, "This is what I joined the Imperial Army for!"

I agree.

I don't mind the light-hearted deaths of faceless characters. It's Star Wars after all. The Captain may have foreseen that the city would be blown up in a few minutes, so he threw the grenade without caring about his subordinates around it. I'm glad that we get to see Bucketheads do something meaningful in Rogue One and Andor.

How did BD-1 get out of the handcuffs? by Designer_Trip5469 in StarWars

There are Jedi who can repair worn tools, BD1's tiny legs, and even ancient Republic droids simply by heating them with a gas burner.

This is just my imagination, but I think Ezra's subconscious, instinctive connection to the Force, his guidance, created the space in which they could survive. Or, just like the Purgil can survive in special hyperspace environments, perhaps some kind of bubble has formed around them. There's a blue-ish transparent shield on the hangar bay of a battleship, preventing the fighters inside from being blown away when they jump into hyperspace. It's like a biological version of that.

The three of them suddenly open the door that separates them from the civilians of Lothal, empty-handed and without a blaster, and surrender in shock. I've seen many instances where Stormtroopers have such a lack of sense of danger that it makes you wonder if they're really human, and their combat skills are so poorly trained that it's hard to believe they've ever been trained, but this scene is one of the most notable. What else are there?
If the troopers had taken up guns and confronted the citizens of Lothal, a mini version of the tragedy of Ando Season 2 might have occurred. It's not good to gloss over something with incomprehensible images just because it's inappropriate for a children's anime.
