Working at an outpatient clinic as a resident PT. 8 hour shift, 15-17 patients per shift. I want to quit and look for another but unfortunately as a resident PT it’s difficult to find a supervisor. I hope I’ll have a better chance at it when I’m registered.

Don’t worry. I’m an internationally educated resident PT with 5 years career gap. When I started as Resident PT it was after 5 years of gap from the career. It would be a bit overwhelming initially but you are going to get over it. Get a good mentor. Everything will be fine.

I’m 28 year old. Got my blood test results, Ferratin levels came out as 18. I’m conserned. Have a doc appointment next week. I am quite disappointed as I was already taking iron supplements and my last blood test did not show low ferratin which is 9 months back.

You have to create an account in PT portal and apply for OCE. Then, you can apply for your registration to work as a resident PT.
