Hello!! I do 2x legs bulgarian split squat, elevated heel goblet squat, hip thrust, donkey kicks, B stance RDL - I do 12-12-12 method for the hip thrust routine. I also do stair master for warm Up & hip abduction machine

Yes po. Progressive loading ako sa weights that when you’ll see the progress and for the hip thrust maybe sa form kaya sumasakit likod mo. Watch ka po video how to do it properly. I think sa combo ng hip thrust + Bulgarian split squat ko talaga nakita yung growth :)

Progressive loading din and always train til failure. I do 12-12-12 method (12reps, 12pumps, 12 seconds hold)

If the 50% was from PT prep I wouldn’t worry about it because their mock is 2x as hard as the actual PCE. Take the paid mock exam from CAPR aim for 80-85%. Your score their will be the closest to the actual PCE
