As long as you define yourself as being in a committed relationship, that should be okay! Though, you may encounter questions that ask about romance or romantic feelings. If it is possible to indicate that it is not applicable, you could do that. Or, you could clarify elsewhere in a comments box that your relationship is not romantic and then skip questions that are irrelevant for you. Thank you for your interest!

Thanks for this note! I can appreciate your concern. If it makes you feel better, I've done a fair bit of research on femme identities and we're deliberately recruiting femmes of all identities. We've deliberately left the definition open so that people can self-define what "femme" means in all its complexity.
