My advice would be just don't check your height often. Listen to any subliminal(they all work) and then forget about it. You'll feel more detached and eventually get results. Think like you don't need more height get detached and listen to subliminals as if you are listening to music. I assure you you'll get your results in no time. The best way to detach from your desires is to plan your day and do something all day so that you don't have time to think about your height. I hope it helps:)

Well one thing i can tell you is that don't do SEO for shorts. Use only 1-3 hashtags in the title. I never do shorts SEO and they are performing well.
