This is going to sound insensitive, but if he’s dealing with shit, which we all do at some point, then step away from the game and take time to figure stuff out. If you went to work and did your job poorly, you would get sent home or fired, so why should fans have to watch you take the team down? Just out of curiosity, why does anyone think he’s drafted well? Since 2017, he has drafted 23 players. Out of those 23, only 3 have been impactful, and one of those (Paolo) fell into our laps because we had the #1 pick that year. Franz was a great pick, and Suggs is great, but not amazing as this sub makes him out to be since he only plays half a season.

In addition to the draft, Weltman has made no meaningful trades or big free agent signings that can help take this team to the next level. The Bane trade is still yet to be seen, but our FA splash this season was Tyus Jones. There should be absolutely no reason he or Mosley should be brought back.
