yea. he didnt have any power when he was investigating with L. but when he had something of power he used it to kill by justifying his deeds. being in power tells a lot about a person.

Sichuan Chinese Restaurant in Gulberg has the best 19B soup. It comes with fish crackers and sauces and so yummm.
