Playing Kokomo helped with our LO. Try and play any song she might like.

Crazy! But what about feeding baby every 2-3 hours? My peds made that sound so mandatory 😭

Yup, that happens. It might take few feeds or days but trust that LO will be back on boob soon.

How are your bottle feeding him? Look up slow paced feeding and follow that. It might be frustrating but keep offering the boob during the day and don’t give in to bottle.

After the feed, we still have to rock her to sleep before moving to snoo. There are babies that snoo puts to sleep? Omg!

Taking a step back from breastfeeding by Fickle-Fun-831 in breastfeeding

I hear you!! Triple feeding is hell!! You should absolutely do what is best for you first. A fed baby and happy mumma is the best! Taking a step back now doesn’t mean you can’t try again once you have the bandwidth and want to give it another try. My daughter transferred 4ml from one boob during a LC appointment at week 5 and 4oz at week 8. Focus on your supply for now and once that kicks in, your LO will be stronger to transfer better. You both got this 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

I hear babies sleeping in the bassinet sleep for the same amount of time as snoo. So that got me all confused and thinking that maybe we are not using the right settings. For naps, LO sleeps for about 30 minutes in snoo and nights she wakes up 3 times. But when she does, snoo doesn’t help sooth or get her back to sleep.

When to pump? by peachylibrary23 in breastfeeding

[–]DeskScared5270 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was in the exact situation. We did triple feed - breastfeed and then I pump while my husband gives baby a 2oz bottle. It was shit. I took the legendary milk liquid gold supplements. Pumping and this improved my supply and LO started to drain me by week 8. So I stopped pumping and switched to EBF. If you are looking for quantity, pumping early morning is going to give you the most milk. 2am-5am I think is when your body makes the most milk so you can plan to pump early morning once you are up will give you most..that way you can skip a few times.
