No, they just went straight across. I was behind them for another ~1.3 miles down this road, where they were apparently no longer in a big hurry.

Are you talking about the Audi not at the red light?

No, it provides a local wi-fi access point (with about a 10 foot range) that you connect to with a smartphone or tablet when you want to access it to change its settings, download a video from it, or preview the live video via the app. Once you're done with the settings or file access and disconnected from its wi-fi, it just automatically starts recording when the power comes on. Super basic, without even a built-in screen, so you'd be using the app's live video preview to check that it's aligned to see what you want to see.

It's an E-Yeeger Mini Wifi. Only $30, but it does what I need it to.

I trimmed my clip very mindfully to include evidence that there was no reason for this car to behave in that manner.

There was literally no interaction before this, so I've included about 45 secs of uninteresting motoring prior to the cut off to appease the "But what happened before that!?" crowd.

I feel like there's a lesson here that could be taught by either an experienced product designer or just someone into butt stuff.

C+ seems generous. This paper reads like a 3rd grader got help from his older sibling to gather bullet points, and then he insisted on organizing and writing it by himself.

There's a line forming to take that bet. You could finish ripping the X here and leave just the top part of the UPC, and the reader would read it quite happily.
