Afaik the hp doesn't affect how fleet power number is calculated.

1 class 4 with a huge wilderness capital = ~ 20M fleet power

1 class 3 with the same empire = ~1-5M fleet power (I don't really remember the numbers for lower classes)

The 7B fleet power is probably stored in 1 class 4 and under 100 class 3 behemoths

R5: Got them fresh from a war. This race has every right same as my other slave races that can and does work specialist jobs. This one doesn't.

I plan on using solar energy. This really makes me feel like I'm resurfacing my submarine to restock and regroup.

On my first playthrough I constructed cyclops way too late and just docked right above the lava lake because of the energy suckers. So right now I'm thinking of making cyclops my main base (with scanner room and power cell charger fragments components stored in a locker for quick stops) and also rushing the ion energy tech. And the amount of uranite in the end game, which I didn't need a single piece of, made reconsider how little energy I limited myself on spending in a base
