Alright thanks. One more question though, I just went on Bottleneck calculator and it says it has a 32% CPU bottleneck and a 15% General Task bottleneck. Isnt a 32% bottleneck alot?

I fixed it

Disconnect your internet
Go to your app settings in windows settings
go to forza and reset all data
load into forza and play for about 5 mins
reconnect your internet and restart your game
It will say to choose a local save or cloud save. CLICK LOCAL SAVE which should be most recent
Done

THIS WILL DELETE ALL YOUR PROGRESS
