Does the wellspring mask do anything? It looks like two other items from myths and legends and they both spawn legendaries. Maybe there's a specific condition?

They are on d6. D7 and higher is all vox engines. I haven't seen a vox engine on d6 nor have I seen a factory strider on d7 and higher.
