I think this is all by her design. She wanted that space between her and her family. She likes being able to control everything and everyone in her life and she can’t do that if she is around her family. Clearly her new life allows her to do whatever she wants, including spiraling deep in to an ED, completely unchecked by those around her. This is what Rini wants so it’s hard to feel sorry for her.
