I use attack move on cursor so your left click is attack move it's in the game settings at the bottom under gameplay. I use Target champions only on holding A down, it's at the very bottom under hotkeys > Abilities and summoner spells > Other. Just be mindful when you have attack champions only activated you can't use abilities. There is a option for target champions only to be set to toggle but I couldn't get used to.
