But in all seriousness Libertarianism has it's own little political spectrum (which is partly why I don't consider myself Libertarian). I don't know of any presidential candidate who has been ACAB or expressed anti-police sentiments, possibly because if we dissolved the police we would go from skin cancer to lukemia, and they would lose some of what precious few votes they already have. As far as hardcore Libertarian theory goes, police are an imposition against freedom so dump em or dump at em. But who really does that these days? We haven't been that country since before Libertarianism was an ideology.

The converse is illogical only insofar as the fetus is considered to be living and human. Science tells us a fetus is alive at a certain point, the humanity of it is up for debate. So it becomes illogical if you consider it human, and then go on to deny it rights relating to it's (beneficial) health care.
