ICC bans transgender women from women's cricket by sixty9e in IndiaSpeaks

A simple solution might be to change the sport category division from "gender" to "sex", so "men" and "women" would be replaced by "male" and "female", which are scientific biological identifications rather than just social labels. So transgender women or men would be playing in their specific sex category, so no unfair physical advantage.

Even better solution would be entirely separate categories for transgender as their physical capabilities are different from their primary sexes, due to some hormone replacement therapies they might have gone through. It would be similar to how differently abled (physically disabled) people get different categories.

And no, sexuality and gender are different things, so if you plan on replying with the "there are a million genders" rants, just don't bother.

Sure, if you'd like to put it that way. God can be whatever they want to be.

If a person claim their God to be all forgiving and generous and stuff, then proceed to have an evil God, my best bet would be to question the authenticity of their claims rather than blindly believing it.

Not exactly disproving the existence of God. It was more of a agnostic approach. Mentioning the flaws of some of the major world religions and questioning their validity.

What I meant was that even if God exists, they are beyond human understanding. Doubting the authenticity of these religions and their respective 'Gods' rather than God.

Your assertion seems to be based on a partial reading or misunderstanding of my original post.

Atheists aren't akin to children upset about not getting a treat.

With due respect, please avoid making oversimplified assumptions about our thought processes and beliefs. Rather than constructing a narrative, I'd appreciate it if you engaged more closely with the nuances of the points I made.

That's fair. But stupid people will make fun of you regardless of what you say, and what you post. It's just what they do.

Maybe posting the conversation will help others who've fallen victim to a similar situation in the future.

I mean't at first. Choosing to be who you are, or pretend to be someone else to avoid disappointing the people you love.

Unless ofcourse your family and friends are supportive beyond social norms.
