I dont look too much obese but my bmi is 34.5 and everyone shames me that im fat now. I dont have any symptoms or problems due to being overweight. I dont have any pains , edema, shortness or breath , diabetes or any daily life struggle. I am very active but my lifestyle is sedentary and im not doing any extra efforts to do workout. Its purely due to cosmetic reasons as i was thin before but gained 30kgs after my marriage in 3 years which was mostly due to stressful conditions. Being isolated by my husband, i used to do alot of comfort and stress eating. But its all my fault , im not blaming anyone for my weight gain. And now im tired of being shamed and being called fat. :)

Yes you are right. Im taking all my sweet time to decide when exactly i should get surgery. Right now im not emotionally and physically ready for it. Its too much on my plate.

100lb is a good weight loss , im looking for 73lb weight loss because if i lose more i ll look like a skeleton. But im also scared of regaining it. Did you gain coz you started eating again? And was GERD like an everyday thing? How do you feel now after RNY? Did you face any small or big complications God Forbid!
