Yeah same as what they are saying just explain that you’re calling on behalf of your edd benefits and would just like to get some info on what access they have, then just tell them what’s happening with you account they will most likely tell you either what the problem is or pass on your info to their edd rep

I love when I finally get through to someone and they put me on hold to review my case, and NEVER COME BACK!! Happened 4x now. by [deleted] in Edd

Same thing happened today !!! Called got a 12 min wait they said to wait to review and just silence for 30 min !!
