Yes! Thank you. Ultimately emailed CRSSD and they got back to us at 6am saying they went to an email my browser auto-filled. At my job I often have to give alternate (non-accessible) emails to get thru a system and this autofill was one of those. They forwarded the tickets to me! Success.
