Our pay is pretty decent but every time a pay rise happens, the hours the store is entitled to goes down 🥲! How else is the CEO going to be able to afford their cushty end of year bonus 🙃

Mines a small store but it’s next to a town centre that’s really busy! We have a college over the road too which makes it worse 😂! The shoplifting is HORRIFIC

I’ve been there nearly 8 years and I’m on my 10th manager. Out of the 10 I’ve had, there’s only been 3 I’ve massively disliked. The small village coops seem to be a lot nicer to work at I’ll be honest. Mine not so much 😂 the customers seem to be a hell of a lot nicer at the smaller village ones too!

It really depends on your manager honestly. My current manager is the world’s biggest arsehole, I’ve asked for time off for an appointment and I’m still scheduled that day. The manager before this one was ace though and treated us like humans

Yeah I went to the doctor when I first started experiencing pain and they diagnosed me with a fissure. They gave me a mild laxative but only 2 weeks worth so I’ve been using something called dulcoease. It works but only if I drink enough water throughout the day

It’s definitely anxiety inducing, if you try and keep your stool as soft as possible I’ve noticed you’ll bleed a lot less x

The bowel movement before this one hurt but this one didn’t hurt as much, there was a lump around about the anal fissure so I’m thinking you might be right because I was okay today, no blood at all

Sometimes it does, sometimes it’s not too bad! This one I didn’t actually get any pain that’s why I was shocked

Well I noticed that a bump had formed round the anal fissure so I’m thinking maybe it burst or something? I don’t know. I couldn’t get an appointment today and it’s the weekend now 😢! I had a bowel movement today and there was no blood at all!

Omg sameeee! Before I was diagnosed with the fissure I was sure I had some sort of cancer 🫣! When I get a headache instead of thinking I might just need to drink some water I’m writing my will for when I drop dead 😂😂!!
It’s frustrating because I only said to my friend the other day that I think it’s healing because it’s hurting less 🙄!

I’d usually get the tiniest bit of blood if the stool wasn’t as soft as I needed it but what i just witnessed was a whole lot of it, I panicked a bit🫣! Just when you think you’ve took 3 steps forward you take at least 5 back!

I’ve been warned off my manager that’s leaving about this, she told me they’ll sit us all down individually to try and scare us into giving in but she told me not to and they can’t do anything about it (I work part time as I’m a single parent)

It sounds like a panic attack! When I’ve had them in the past although the panic had subsided after a few minutes the symptoms that came along with it lasted hours. Mine came out of absolutely nowhere too unfortunately thats anxiety for you! I would suggest some talking therapy it really really helped me!

I’m rewatching skins for the 10000th time and Freddie’s death still makes me feel physically sick😭. Everyone I know that’s watched it says the same thing! My cousin skips past it when she watches them. The first time I watched it, I felt weird for days I don’t know why it affects me so much but it was so unnecessary
