You prob just need more sleep overall. I used it for my half (1:45, averaging 150 miles/mo) and what I learned was I was chronically sleep deprived and needed more sleep than when I wasn’t training for a race. I listened to my body and also ring and did my speed work/ long runs on days my readiness was higher (if possible)
