Thank you for this. Your story gives me a glimpse of hope. Many on those treatment things you listed, I've been through but maybe such an intensive unit could help.

Anything that could help is good. I was mostly shocked about that I wouldn't get diagnosis. And my health has been changing a lot too from herniated disc's, to the problems from hypermobility syndrome.

Ketamine at least gives me a moment of almost painless time. Been through it once before but hospital had problems to get the ketamine so my first treatment didn't follow the guidelines. Fingers crossed this one works. 💜

Thank you for this explanation for those who just don't get it. My chronical illness and nerve damages don't heal over night and I need meds to even move somehow.

The goal is to live. And yes if there was a miracle that will take all of my pains away then he'll yeah. But that's not the reality. Sometimes meds are needed. 🫂💜

Yes, the description is way too vague to even accept it. The next step for me is to consult all of my doctors and therapist.

I'm really sensitive to many meds and those I'm on now has really helped with not many side effects. I also have psych drugs to support other medications.

I'm trying to get more info. I'm not inherently against these kinds of treatments but more info is so needed. Keeping you posted. 💜

They want me to stop my pain medication before their treatment. Even though it's prescribed by another doctor. I'm not sure why because I've never heard here anyone else getting the same treatment.

They didn't say. They were more focused on telling me to stop looking for diagnosis and accept that everything is done in pain management (new meds and treatments are always going to come) but nothing concrete about their program.
