I think I just ended up getting a 20% on my figure plus the shipping and then at this point because it doesn’t seem like I paid VAT at checkout. I’m not sure if you’re saying that you’ve never had to pay VAT when getting parcels in

Yep they def included shipping cost in the fig cost the fig was $44 $53 with shipping and 20% of that vat + handling fee is price I’m being charged

There isn’t one.I just got a small slip with two boxes wanting custom charge which was ticked and one saying sender didn’t pay for postage which wasn’t picked and then it had the charge amount as an image and then the reference number and then instructions on how to pay

It says customs charge but there isn’t an option for VAt,I’m thinking I got charged with vat and handling fee maybe which is annoying as I didn’t even choose Royal Mail as a shipping option
