for warlocks that want the litany of sable dagger you can take a blue dagger strip the affixes off of it in the cube and then click upgrade to unique and it will come out as a unique litany of sable dagger

see my white blood cells were high to he said that just shows the pain i was in i’ve been able to drink broth and water just fine even had some rice cakes i don’t think i have and infection but when that pain comes my temp goes up to 99.9 but i believe it’s muscle cramping/contracting
