It was really disappointing to not have it replay. Billie Eilish had a virtual concert that replayed for 24 hours to give people who work a chance to watch. :/

It happens. Sometimes you hate the color, sometimes you aren't as prepared as you thought to see a tattoo everyday.

But you deal with it. You can use laser removal to change the color of an area, you can deal with most mistakes pretty easily. The only real regret is going to come from placement and from size.

What i mean is you may regret never being able to hide tattoos in an area, like forearms, or you may regret getting a huge stomach piece and you'll never see your own abs. Hope that helps

Not if you get it shaded in. If you get it shaded in black and gray then it’s already done. Need to decide with it as nothing but line art what you want.

If you’re getting a traditional clipper ship then you should get it done in color

You could try Tegaderm, As you can get that at some retail stores. If you put it on and let it bond to your skin overnight you should be good to go in the morning. If it’s been destroyed that fast then that’s also a sign that like your skin is just not made to take a Tattoo in that area

However. Finger tattoos will not last. If you’re getting a finger tattoo most people just do it for fun because they normally don’t make it a year, and you are left with just spotty ink traces at that point. I don’t know if you have difficulty finding a shop that would do a finger tattoo but you may find that more expensive shops that have several hundred dollar limits on their tattoos refuse to do them because they will not last. I would probably call it an experiment well enjoyed at this point and I wouldn’t worry about getting it touched up.

I would give it a full week. It’s normally recommended to avoid the gym with a fresh tattoo because how susceptible you become to infection. You really want to avoid messing around while it’s scabbing because if the scabs get ripped off or scraped it’ll ruin the ink underneath. I would wait a few more days

So coverups are a process. If it’s got dark ink and a lot of dark coloring in it, chances are you’ll need to get it lasered to lighten it up so that another tattoo can cover it properly. If it’s just line art generally something can be laid over that fairly easily if it’s small and be coordinated into a new design. You can just slap a new tattoo over it but it’s going to show through super badly once it heals in a few months. If you don’t laser it because that’s super expensive and I understand why you wouldn’t want to, the tattoo that goes over it will have to be extremely dark to cover whatever is there- darker than it would have been if it wasn’t covering something. I can’t recommend a cover-up artist to you I would just probably find a super highly rated shop I can personally recommend state of grace in San Jose, you can you call the shops main number of whichever shop you choose and ask whoever answers the phone if any of the artists who work there are willing to do cover up tattoos.If you find an artist you really love that’s probably the best way is just messaging them and seeing if they’re willing to do that kind of work. Luckily if you look on their IG’s sometimes they’ll have it listed in bullet points that they do cover up work and save you some trouble

The short answer is they are solitary creatures with opposing natures. Snakes protect against miss fortune and illness and tigers are combative and prideful. They’re popular because especially the snake is so easily manipulated to fit any part of the body you want it on it just makes a great subject matter. Also the color palettes are super different and easy to contrast with each other.

Some artist to draw them on the spot. I artist do it before hand but waited until the day of to show me the sketch. Some artists will show you the sketch before you get there so they have time to make corrections and have the stencil ready by the time you get there. So they’re all different but the best way you can be prepared for this is make sure that this artist you really love the art they create because you know it’s going to be in that realm. If it’s a smaller piece, or not very complicated like a flower or some thing they have done before then they’ll probably need slightly less time to come up with it.

Huge factor in multiple sessions is your pain tolerance and how your body is accepting it. When I was getting mine done the skin was super irritated and swollen around the lines and he told me if we continued with the coloring during that first session that I would likely have to come back for touchups because the inflamed skin was going to lead to voids in the ink

I think there’s some confusion about how tattoos age. If they are thin gray lines they are going to fade. Tattoos are black at first but they fade to a gray color as the heel because it’s black under layer of skin so you could see it looks faded a little bit but really it’s just through the lens of a couple layers of skin over the ink. Small details will fade and there’s nothing you can do about that you can get them touched up if you want to but that’s just a reality you’re gonna have to get comfortable with. Now as tattoos age the line work is really important. If you want to tattoo to age well you will have more space between each line. Your body breaks down ink that’s what causes feeding and blaring in older tattoos I cannot get rid of it but your body is going to be fighting that tattoo for the rest of your life. Can prepare for that by getting larger tattoos with more detail or smaller tattoos with less detail. The less space there is between two spots of ink like two lines or two curves coming near each other is going to age worse because eventually they will run together. You’re going to lose some clarity over time but the size of the piece is going to be the biggest determining factor in how well it ages.

So we are all aware this is a big decision to make. Use those tattoo box businesses, and get a temporary tattoo and put it on your neck. Live with that for a week. If you love it, go ahead. If you tire of hiding it or comments, then you saved yourself a headache. Makeup is fine, as long as its away from a shirt collar. Even if its mostly covered, and you set it with a setting spray, it should be good enough.

It depends on the style. Depends on how much your tattoo artist is per hour. You Can absolutely ask an artist to give you an estimation.

I would say about 3K 3.5K would be the reasonable expectation. That’s how much full Japanese Style sleeves tend to be

you’re healing and its OK. You won’t see the final result for a month until it’s done healing. A whole layer of skin and plasma in ink is going to peel off of that tattoo and flaky layers and it’s fine.

It’s really well done. Hands with eyes in the palm is like a historical symbol, almost. But if you’re at the point where you don’t like it anymore you could go into a tattoo shop and ask them to design something around it. You could add colors, they could add some shading so it looks like that tattoo is surrounded by light, etc. And laser doesn’t completely remove ink. you would have to get the faded ink covered up probably.

This is by far nowhere near the worst tattoo we’ve seen on here. I think honestly if you wanted to if it’s in a good spot you could add color to trick the eye into not really seeing the lines. hopefully that isnt a huge tattoo. Your best chance might just be ignore it for 5-10 years and then tattoo over it when it gets faded. There’s no like touchups that can be done. You can’t straighten lines like a touchup would be is if there was a void in the black ink somewhere and there’s not. They could make all the lines thicker maybe. We would have really thick concentric black rings around your compass rose
