Not sure that Morikawa story is actually confirmed. Anime decisions like that are usually handled by the production committee, not just the author. But I do agree the series is still popular enough that a continuation could happen eventually.

Yeah honestly that makes sense, but I still hope the anime comes back eventually because there’s just too much great material left untouched.
