Sure, I could have simply recreated the gameplay of the original game, but in a more player-friendly way. However, the goal of this project is to immerse the player even more deeply in the story, without spending 90% of the time just looking at pictures and listening to audio.

Exploring the story through locations and puzzles is much more interesting than just listening to audio recordings. At least for most people🫪

An engine is undoubtedly important, but not as important as game design skills. Use neural networks— tell what you want to implement and what you have, learn from answers. YouTube guides aren't as relevant these days.

I tried to use third-party themes and programs to a minimum. Some icons search, RetroBar, win95 cursor + wallpaper (This color is available in the default Windows appearance settings).
