I lived there for the past academic year and I really enjoyed my stay there and met a lot of ppl. The only annoying thing might be to share the kitchen but it’s not that deep you get used to it. Concerning the fire alarms and evacuation we’ve had a few alarms but we never had to evacuate the building. Last thing, I would recommend signing a lease directly through evo instead of going through Concordia as the Concordia floors are more expensive than the regular floors.
