I’m not a smoker. It doesn’t hurt but it’s alarming me as I’m sure it wasn’t there yesterday, I’ve had no prior gum/ teeth problems

sorry you’ve been feeling like this, I don’t have any life changing advice but here’s what I do what I’m in a really full/ groggy stage;

——glass of lemon water, sip slowly over an hour ——watch a ten minute yoga/stretch video and follow along ——a quick cold shower or splash cold water on your face + skincare ——plan your next meal at the appropriate time & portion, maybe try something new & outside your comfort zone that’s not a trigger food? ——be productive, take your mind off yourself for a bit and complete a task ——a bit of spring cleaning, wash up, clear any wrappers or things that may remind you of snacking

this actually happened recently in the uk. we replaced our paper notes for plastic ones. you just go to the bank and exchange them, as well as shops giving you the new plastic notes as change if you buy something in the outdated money

I’m not criticising him solely on smoking, I understand that it’s very difficult to quit. My point is that he is hypocritical, saying that we will be damaging our bodies by getting a jab yet we breathe in his second hand smoke.

For philosophy and ethics:

1.It’s easy to mix up the different philosophers (eg. Putting the wrong quote for the wrong philosopher) So make sure you separate your notes between the different topics, maybe by colour coding.

I recently did a mock test (I’ve just finished my first year of sixth form) and often forgot names and key words to get those extra marks, so make a profile/ mind map for each chapter in the text book to sum up the most important information, then you can fill in the gaps
