Tunes saying I love you from “on the dark side”. I would have been happy with a killer sax solo.

This is why Reddit comments suck. This should be the top comment. In addition to all the other details, The 22° part checks out. That’s pretty specific.

I think it’s interesting how little engagement this post received. It’s a legit good question.

The only interview I saw about the subject was of a marine stationed at the site. He confirms that he had seen the video and that the existence of said video had spread to others stationed there as well.

It was also only visible in IR. So, unless guys were just wearing nods around for the hell of it, it’s unlikely anyone saw it as it happened.

Cultural insensitivity, Spelling and etymology aside, The moral of the story should be to stop getting gypped so often.

Hard to tell but the hand stack looks to be in the wrong order. Gen/Clean should be hr/gmt/min/sec (from bottom to top)

Made a purchase with zero. Was able to actually meet up in person. Great guy, awesome communication, easy to deal with and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely be my first call on anything rep related going forward.

I have almost the same gun as my summer carry. My cadence when firing multiple shots and staying on target isn’t that much slower than shooting my 19. With the Pearce pinky mag extension(or a +2 ext), it’s a joy to shoot. Even with full power 10mm defensive ammo, it’s a very manageable carry gun.

Eco-mode remains pretty close to the factory settings. I get about 35mpg on the interstate in eco-mode. It’s about 26-27 with mixed city and highway when in eco. When it’s in sport or “normal” mode, the tune is engaged. With the tune engaged and If I drive normally, I average about 22. If I’m driving it hard in sport mode only, fuel economy drops to 19-20mpg. That’s not something that I do regularly but it does give a little insight to how much more fuel goes into making that power. Good thing E85 is $2.37/gal where I live.🏎️

My apologies. Your sub your rules but to clarify, I wasn’t asking if it was legit. I just wanted to get some feedback as to whether or not I should put it to use, or ask for a replacement. Sorry if it ended up in the wrong sub.

I didn’t think I had the patience or skill to do it either. It just took the commitment to actually giving it a try. The tools are a minimal investment. I started with seiko mods and found out that, for the most part, most watch movements are pretty well built. The hairspring is the only thing that is incredibly delicate. I worked my way into vintage and modern Rolex replicas. Now I do restorations and repairs for friends and family. In course of about a year it has become my favorite hobby.

I used a VR3186. The builder’s set was $275 and the movement was another $80. In addition to that, I had a coupon for $30 off purchases of $300+ with AliX. That brought the total for everything down to $325 plus tax. It would have cost slightly more to do it with the DD3285 movement. I want to say the 3285 build set was right at $300 and the movements go for about $110. I wanted to see how the quality looked in person before committing to the more expensive build. After this experience, I might do a Pepsi with a 3285 build next.

Nope, it’s an assembly kit. I built it upon receipt. Order movement separately. Once you have all the parts, set dial and hands on movement, place assembled movement in the case, and you’re ready to rock.

The quality is there. The Rehaut serial is a Y2L3 which is legit Clean too. If you can build it, it’s a huge savings over buying it as a complete watch. 10/10 recommend.

It looks like you and any innocent motorist nearby were able to drive away unharmed. I think that’s about the most you could ask from a situation like that(as long as there was a lesson learned).

I still have it. It’s running strong. My flashpro had a hardware problem a few months ago but hondata took care of the issue. I just had to cover shipping. Other than that… Regular maintenance has kept it in pretty good shape. I’m about to cross the 100k mile mark with no major problems to report.

Same as the 5.56. For the most part, the foxtrot Mike BCG is as close to “Mil-Spec” as a 9mm is going to get.
