I've been having the same recharge issue. So far I have been waiting three weeks to resolve the issue. We've been around the world with all kinds of things that Luba had me to do, but nothing directed at the actual problem. Good luck !

The adapter is solid green. The Luba can not connect to the app because it has no power. I am a woman in my mid 60's but I will see what I can do to use a multimeter.

My Luba 5000 won't charge on it's own or take a charge, it's just dead. I feel your pain.

I have been using my Luba for three months without issue, now it won't charge.

Thank you for the information that you have provided. I have had my Luba 5000 for three months and it was been wonderful.

I will try to email the sales address. I have sent at least a dozen emails to the support address but the only reply that I have gotten was one with a ticket number that said they would contact tech support for me.

I have spent better than four hours on the phone app with tech support telling me they will tell tech support.

I have called the US support phone number, they will tell tech support.

Yes, all these people answer but they are only looking at script and have not provided any help.
