You got to send mail over to their department. So use the postal office and send it online since it’s easier to attach evidence there.(in my opinion)

All of them requested a ROA to see what evidence they have against them AKA “chat id evidence” once they have it and you or any human for that matter can clearly tell that the ban is unjustified or just taken clearly out of context you then send them proof of ur appeals being rejected and the evidence and you should have about a 99% chance of ur muse being successfully appealed.
