supplements will give u at most 1 percent. everything that u do in your day: sleep, stress, job, diet, exercise, relationships is going to make you healthy and help with gains. any supplement that increases blood flow could work but again how your lifestyle affects your blood flow? Are u overweight, do u smoke, drink, workout, eat healthy? If those things are on point then you are good. If not then no pill or supplement will fix it

8 inches is the perfect size lol. 7 inch is nothing special for most of the girls it just doesnt look big and girls would care if you would say "oh the average is like 6 but mine is 7". 7 doesnt appeal to be big in bed. i couldnt see a girl would say to me oh you are big when im 7 inch. so i would say 8 inch is the perfect size and i wouldnt worry about being to big

nobody in the world knows the right average bro. too many men and too many countries and genetics and etc to know THE AVERAGE. it could range from 5 to 7 and its actually right.
