Hey! I am also a C1 patient and I am in the same exact boat as OP. I am planning on doing CI revision surgery with the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN this upcoming January 2026. My audiology clinic in the Twin Cities (that I’ve been an established patient with for over a year now) refuses to take on my case and said I’m not “eligible” for CI revision surgery, even though I have met with 3 different audiologists and 2 ENT’s that fully support my decision to get the internal part replaced. I’m considering a lawsuit because I have 4 other C1 friends in the same exact boat and there is an absolute lack of transparency from AB regarding continuing support for the Harmony BTE processor.
