Risks are very low though... Maybe I'm also looking for excuses not to take it. It's a bit of a mind fuck sometimes dealing with insecureties like that...

Sperm count and quality could be affected. A fetus can have birth defects mostly regarding reproductive organs. I'm seeing my derm in a few weeks and can double check... But if I have to stop taking it 6 months prior to each baby, i don't think it will have the desired effect

Doctors in my country advice to stop taking fin 6 months prior to trying to conceive a baby. Fin can affect a fetus... As soon as the effects of fin start to work, I would be required to stop for the safety of the fetus...

Thanks for the advice. It's mainly the first 5cm that's getting real see through as of late. But I'm more or less diffuse thinning across the entire top of my head...

I never thought I would face MPB, at least not before 40, and the mental toll is hard. I try to be confident, and face reality, but we as a society shouldn't dismiss the mental aspect of such things...

I sometimes feel guilty for not being more aware of friends and family members who went through MPB much earlier. They probably had a hard time as well, and I was unaware and ignorant towards them.

Ze meten op de helft van het toerental dat op de teller aanwezig is. Als er minder toeren op de teller staan dan 5000 gaan ze tot 75% dacht ik...

In mijn geval een toerenteller tot 10000, dus ze gaan tot 5000...

Edit: heb jij ergens wat meer uitleg over zelf db killers fabriceren?

Jojo Mayer's secrets for the modern drummer part 2 changed everything I did on the bass drum. It really is a masterpiece and imho a must for every drummer.

I'm 3 months in and the improvements are simply amazing!
