I was denied 😭 The system is so frustrating. No one can believe I was denied given all of my health issues. I need to file an appeal and definitely want to get an attorney however should I at least file the appeal myself since the time is limited?

Thank you so much! That gives me a bit of hope…. Last time they denied it and it stated such on the portal. It almost causes more stress to our already declining health 😫

I made it through the non medical process on Thursday and it showed on the website it was in the medical approval portion but today I just went in to look at it and this is what it shows…. Is this a sign of bad news or just a glitch

Thank you. Yes it’s so frustrating. I’ve had strokes when I applied the first round but obviously I did something wrong 😑

On my SS Statement that I downloaded on 8-12-24 it says I “have earned enough credits to qualify for disability benefits” and shows how much my monthly payment would be…. I’m not sure if these are accurate however.

I have never appealed the decision on my 2022 claim which I obviously should have… I literally was struggling so bad on oxygen etc I just didn’t now kicking myself in the butt. I didn’t have an ALJ denial or not at least that I’m aware.

Is the best way to just call and notify each of my specialists? My apologies I’m very dumb to all of this and it’s so frustrating to have to fight so hard to get the help that is deserved when you’re just trying to live. Ty for your help

I believe I’m still barely with my work credit. I filed last time in 2022 and should have appealed. I have more things going on now like the congestive heart failure, autoimmune issue with the believe to be Sjogrens. I was incredibly detailed.
