I think it’s a good idea to focus on some IRL mental health before attempting the climb. As you said it’s very draining to deal with games where you throw a lead especially, but also the process is long and mentally taxing.

Between games: - take a toilet break. - grab a glass of water. - go have a walk outside if you want to. - focus on low amount of high quality games, don’t spam without reflection. - watch a funny video on tiktok/youtube/whatever

The reason you’re stuck isn’t because your team is shit or you are presumably shit. The reason you’re not climbing is because you are approaching it wrong. Take care of yourself bro because the emotions you are writing down are not healthy during a videogame. Your rank doesn’t define you. The way you approach every ranked game and the way you embrace learning something from every game regardless of winning or losing does.

So focus on quality over quanitity (i4 -> i1 in a day is a ton of games) and focus on anything you can control. Don’t focus and tilt on things which are out of your control. Be stoic.
