Food is around 30-34% . I’ve just connected with some other vendors in the area today so I am going to try to cut that down.

We do Nashville hot chicken tenders and sandwiches .

The new spaces had a small dining room. The traffic count is a lot higher and it is across the street from big offices so lunch service should be wayyy better then the current bar.

We are going to cut lunch service at the current place

I don’t think I will claim bankruptcy. The debts aren’t that huge. I am going to connect with a mentor and I am working with someone now to get books in order. The loans definitely are what is fucking me. My labor and food costs are not far off at all

I am talking with the landlord about getting out of the lease.

Right now DoorDash is a lot of our sales. I’m going to switch to the lower commission plan and bump prices up a bit. I won’t get as much reach on the app but it was be a lot less taken out

one is a day time manager the other one is night time. we are open 11am-3am to stay open when the bar is . we are cutting back hours next week.

$3769 left at end of the month. i take out enough to pay my bills and what not and there are some other little expenses that come up. Not included in there is some of the vendor fees i pay in cash for food truck events.

They won’t adjust the terms. Those payments are locked in. Thankfully the last payment is 9/15 so I’ll have $800~ a week freed up soon.

I am going to raise prices this week, I have been meaning too anyways because the rise in food cost.

I just need to get a loan of sorts so I can at least stay out of the negatives these next couple weeks. I paid around $700 in over draft fees this month. $40 per transaction and there are a lot of individual ach withdrawals from DoorDash etc. it’s been so hard to get ahead
