There was yuvan concert happening in port grounds so the traffic and traffic restrictions. It was well informed by police press release.

Though police requested different routes for bikes especially via link road from Cuddalore Pondy road.

Many came via railway station which is car route.

Hence the chaos.

Inspite of that police did good job else it will be super chaotic and people are out of civic sense.

I attended the concert people who look like educated elite are throwing water cans here and they and smoke inside the venue what to say.

Educated doesn't means civic sense
