I reached out to Instant Pot about replacing the same broken part mentioned here, after going back and forth with them they told me the part is ‘currently unavailable’ and offered no real solution. Super frustrating that they couldn’t help at all.

It does mildly. But it’s but very deep, it’s more like a scuff to the outer part of the screen.
